Service Support Analyst
Julian works as a Service Support Analyst and is the first point of contact for our members on the Help Desk.
Julian has studied IT formally including personal Computer Programming and Analysis, Multimedia Production, and Systems Technology/Network Engineering. In addition he brings many years of experience in IT –and three years specifically as a Helpdesk Analyst and IT contractor, including Systems Administration and Systems Analysis roles.
Outside of work Julian is a musician and a writer and is usually involved in a creative project of some description.
