These include the Pacific Health Exchange, Timber and Hardware Exchange, Pacific Commerce Exchange and the NARTA Trading Exchange. Our trading exchanges enable increased supply chain efficiencies and reduce operational costs by streamlining the ordering and invoicing process while maintaining accurate audit trails.
PEPPOL eInvoicing:
Pacific Commerce is a certified New Zealand PEPPOL Access Point. PEPPOL is a framework that enables organisations to exchange standards-based documents, such as invoices electronically. New Zealand businesses supplying to the Government are required to submit invoices via an accredited PEPPOL Access Point.
Master Data Management
Master Data Management is a method of linking all of your essential business files to a single master file. This method is commonly implemented to streamline data sharing within an organisation if multiple stakeholders are utilising this information. This master file comprises all of your critical information in a singular point to create a more efficient process.
Document Capture and Exchange (DCX)
As an alternative to EDI, DCX provides the capture, conversion and exchange of non-EDI enabled data from an organisation and their trading partners. DCX was specifically designed for Small to Medium Enterprise businesses that don't have the technological capabilities and/or have limited resources at their disposal for full EDI.
